Operational Engagement Principles

**1. Service Scope and Deliverables:** MEHANSTARK commits to delivering technology and business solutions as defined in individual project agreements. All services, including software engineering, cloud transformation, and digital marketing, are executed with precision, adhering to agreed-upon specifications and timelines. Any modifications to the service scope require formal amendment and mutual consent. Our focus remains on building scalable architecture that supports your business lifecycle enablement. **2. Client Responsibilities:** Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary information, resources, and personnel. Prompt feedback and approvals are essential for maintaining project momentum. Any delays attributable to client-side factors may impact project timelines and deliverables, subject to review and adjustment.

**3. Intellectual Property and Licensing:** All intellectual property developed by MEHANSTARK during the engagement, unless otherwise specified in writing, remains the property of MEHANSTARK until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, agreed-upon intellectual property rights transfer to the client. Third-party licenses and open-source components will be managed in compliance with their respective terms. **4. Limitation of Liability:** MEHANSTARK's liability for any claims arising from services rendered is limited to the total fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. **5. Governing Law:** These terms and all engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kendujhar, Odisha, India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kendujhar, Odisha.
